[MOD] Fall from Heaven II

I have noticed that the Amurite wizards have gone back to the old unit model. Is this a glitch due to the "b" patch, or intended?

Also, I know the Amurites are already the strongest civ thanks to Govanon, but I think that for story line, their palace should provide Reagents in the same way that the Hippus start with Horse. For balance, perhaps let great sage's be sacrificed to make them.

In a game on patch "b", Cardith Lorda declared war on Ethne the White. I looked at the glance screen, and they had a +14 relations during war. I made the peace with the Overcouncil, then only a few turn later when the new leader vote was done, Ethne voted for Cardith. This looks like something is wrong here with attitudes between AI's.

Hi guys, i have a (maybe silly) question: if yvain is now a treant (and i really like this change), why he is still called "Yvain the woodelf?"

He name should just be Yvain now.

hey,
I was playing as the Elohim and took over a Calabim city. When I made a vampire, he couldn't cast feast or feed (the one where you reduce population for xp). I wasn't sure if it was intentional or a bug, it makes sense that the Elohim wouldn't go for vampiric feasting on the populace but it is possible to play evil Elohim so....

That is intended. Only the Calabim can feast on their population.

As Elohim captured barbarian cities do not allow you to build unique barbarian units. Is this intended, or was it just overlooked?

Its intended. The barbarians dont maintain their culture.

fantastic work as always from the team for this latest upgrade.... just one small issue, while playing in the patch B, the infernals appeared at a stupidly early stage in the game. Around turn 200 I think... is this possible? and was this fixed in the latest patch?

Also with this much in FFH2 already... what can you guys possibly have planned for the next chapter?!?!?

I searched this thread for information on the scenario menu, but I were unsuccesful.

So I am asking here: What does it do? and do I activate the first instance by building the "grand menagerie"?

Its a teaser. You won't see the scenarios till "ice".

I haven't played the patch enough to notice yet, but is there any change to the mercenary hiring rules? Can I still keep buying mercenaries with no change in price ( increasing as per 'supply and demand'). I always overwhelm the AI with a cannon fodder army of dozens and dozens or mercs and I thought is was pretty unbalanced in 0.32. I felt that the price of merc should increase steeply at some point to discourage abused like mine.

Since finance is so important why wouldn't you go for the Runes of Kilmorph? If I don't go for that immediatly I struggle with gold, and empire size. What do the other Religions bring to the table besides culture or a bit of research? I guess that is, if your going for a win and not a role play game. It might be interesting to limit certain religions to alighnments. I'm sure this has been discussed somewhere before. It just seems like gold is hard to come by and the Runes is the only logical destination. I'm sure I'm wrong or missing something.

I think I discovered they reason it wont load on the TV for a monitor. When the dragon is present it creates a height exception some how, just a thought. I'm sure it would be an Nvidia driver issue with the 1920x1080 resolution on a big screen. BTW nice work of the graphics guru's whomever made the terrain and units. Looks great on the Big Screen, now only if it wasn't so annoying to get working. Still can't figure why it works at that res on a regular computer monitor, but gives the height exception on the TV.

Having areasonable econymy and not running runes is TOTALLY possible... Council of Esus gives all your units invisibility on your own lands AND show cities which have council of esus so they cannot hide... Although a religious victory with the council seems rather difficult due to the lack of inqusitors I did manage to get it to 77% before abandoning the quest...

Other than that the unique units of each religion are definately worth it for some religions... and playing as the elves the ancient forrestes are the greatest.

But as for the runes being a nessecity (economy vise) I would like to point out that I have managed to have 300+ gold income per turn at 90% research without it... so again totally possible.

Playing Flauros. When I researched Mysticism there was no Elder Council to build. Is that on purpose? Seems odd to have that not be a building for this leader.

Thats intended. You don't survive long enough to become a elder in a vampire society.

How can i play all the nice scenarios ? they do not appear when i try to choose them from the main menu  !

ohh...i see...need to be patient :)
