[MOD] NEW BALANCE for Warlords (was slower tech + other changes mod)

Hi Dearmad. Is there any chance that you will also upgrade your Mod "New Balance" for Beyond the Sword.
I hope so, because I enjoyed playing it under Warelords, but its not running now anymore with the new Add-On.

I am working on it now. Once the next patch is out, New Balance will be released a few days after that.

Nice to see Firaxis incorporated flavor units, so I don't have to do that. That tooka lot of work when I did it on my own.
