[MOD REQS] Athens vs Sparta instead of G vs G

Hi all,
First thing first, is it possible to modify civilization's adjective with an 'if clause' ?
So I just played a game of Pericles vs Gorgo in Duel map, and the adjectives (Greece, both of them) are somewhat confusing.

Is it possible to make the game refer Pericles's civilization as Athens (Athenian) and Gorgo's civilization as Sparta (Spartan) if both civilizations are an active player in the game? Therefore the game will still refer to them as Greece if only one of them is present.

would need to make a lua script for that and dont think anyone here knows exactly how to do it yet as we dont know what hooks are available in the dll yet, we will know more when the sdk is released
