Modbuddy install problem

Hi, I installed Civ SDK through steem, and when I tried to start Modbuddy it asked for Visual Studio (Isolated) edition, so I installed that. But it doesnt seem to recognize cause Modbuddy keeps asking for it. how do I know its installed correctily??
