Has anyone figured out if it's possible to mod forts so that you can build them on top of improved resources? I don't even know where to start so I can this.
That would be a super thing to have implemented. As it is now they're fairly useless, but on top of a mine, quarry, ect you could make the AI pay for trying to pillage it.
Hmmmm.... that might have to be done with the SDK. It's pretty much a rule that each tile can only have 1 resource and 1 improvement (besides road/railroad)
