This topic intented to be for some quick how-to-do about modding vs. opposed with big feature systems (like: LDB, SP, happiness, etc...).
Well for sure there will occasions when it will run into "that is much bigger" -> not a catastrophe.
But basically intented for some small scale modifications like change turns for xy, and other minor balancing.
