IMO Serbia would be a much better choice than Romania instead of Byzance.

Romania is a relatively new state and plays much smaller role in european history than Serbia.

Also Byzance was a very religious state and Serbia was always much more religious than Romania (and it is).

I think the people lived there in the far past called themselves british. Great Britain is name of an empire which i don't know but suppose hurt scottish and welsh somewhat for instance.

I consider myself to be Brithish not English despite living in England. England, along with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland form Great Britain or the United Kingdom (UK). These non-English countries (or in N. Ireland's case, part of a contry) were captured at various points in history but some people of these countries have never truely excepted British (i.e. English) rule. Attempt are (IMHO, rightly so!) being made to form some sort of joint English / Self rule but with varied results.

Anyway I'm gonna shut but before I offend anyone or start a geo-political riot!

-- deletes the Irish starting location in Gaul

-- changes Vienna to Rhye's reccommendation and adds a wheat next to it to help Austria compete with the rest of Europe.

Thanks for the corrections-- I tried to catch all I could, but as is evident, I miss things. By the way, I'm playing a sample game (that's how I caught the Austrian Enkidus). Once I'm done I'll do a playtesting report, upload it and add a link to the first post.

OK, one typo I should point out: Instead of 'Sydney' - which is the correct spelling, it's 'Sydmey'.
(of course I went as Australia first)

Whoops. Guess I should check the spelling of things before copy and pasting them.

SportsNinja: It's easy enough to do, but if you show me the link to a map you like, I can do it. All you need to do is open a map with the C3C editor, go to "import", and select "rules". Then find the Modern .biq and it will update the rules.

As soon as I get home I'll repair that Australian typo. (Thanks for the notification)

My own feeling is that the Maya should become Argentina rather than Brazil. Consider a world map: all that jungle is going to make for a dicey starting location (OK, I know Brasilia isn't in the jungle, but it isn't far off) (and I know that its normally called rainforest not jungle, but what the hell...)
