The radar and later AIM-9 sidewinder armed version of the F-85 Sabre, the F-86D Sabre Dog. Woof.
Plus an all metal Yugo Sabre.

Since it's in the vicinity (globally speaking) to Yugoslavia, Greece, and Turkey, any chance of slipping in those two Cold War-era Italian planes? But, hey, no pressure... ;)

tanelorn-italian-f86-f84-png.465383

Sure, F86 Sabre, Sabre dog, Thunderjet, Thunderstreak in Italian colours. I just realised the post WW2 Italian roundel had reversed its colours.
@Patine : I had made a number of edits, including the AMX and the MB.326/ Impala and the MB.339 back in August. I had simply modded the Galeb (2nd row, 4th & 5th)so the intakes are wrong. It will do as a placeholder for a while. I have a better 3d model to work with now, though.

Nice, oh and looks like Apolyton is broken....again. :p

I wasn't even aware Apolyton still existed. I though it was like Yugoslavia, or East Germany, or the USSR, or South Vietnam... :p

Seriously, though, I haven't been there for years. The last few times I tried to go there, or follow a link there, my anti-virus said the whole site as a whole was very dangerous to my computer (aka, a plague zone for computer viruses and Trojans). I'm not sure the truth behind it, but I didn't feel like wrangling with my paternalistic anti-virus program at the time.

I have a request for anyone that's game: a generic modern infantry template for female soldiers in Tanelorn's style. I can tweak weapons and kit reasonably well, but I don't have a good eye when it comes to physical proportions, and all the female units I've found don't have easily translatable poses. A general guideline would help immensely.

I used Apolyton for backup, and the files got views, but it was dead otherwise. So sad.

Fresh built blank Hawker Siddeley/ British Aerospace Hawk. Not 100% satisfied (the canopy bugs me) but its ok, I guess.
One of my favorite planes of all time, the first scale model I ever built, when I was a wee child. Moving to the Italians.

@Thorvald of Lym Deal. But it really is Fairline's style. I do nudes though.

Naturally this hits me as I'm trying to sleep. :p I'm always getting you two mixed up, you play so complementary.

Many thanks!

do nudes though.
Tempting, but I'm not sure if the Inverse Law of Female Body Armour applies to combined arms operations... :mischief:

@Thorvald of Lym There you go. Generally a couple of pixels thinner and shorter, especially the exposed ams. I tried to give them ponounced chests but it looked funny. I can always do the bikini /hot pants & tank top version, if you want.

That is wizard. Thank you so much.

I'll consult with my colleague as to whether we want a Beach Volleyball edition. ;)

As Thor's client and female soldier afficando, I can say I much perfer *not* having a beach volleyball version, but to keep female soldiers looking professional and non-sexualized. We are professional soldiers, not eye candy.

And thank you so much for doing this, Tanelorn. I know it probabky doesn't mean much to you, but having the means of female representation for our projects means a lot to me as a woman and as a fan of your work. :D

Thank-you, greatly, Tanelorn! I'll just sit back and be patient for the Super Tucano and not poke you about it (too much :P )...
