Modify columns shown in Domestic Advisor?

How do I modify the columns shown in the Domestic Advisor? I found the screenshot seen at the bottom of this post, and I am curious to know how I can add the Power column (the second-last column), in particular. Also, I'm curious to know what the icon to the right of "Total Great People Points" and the one to the right of the "City Defense" column represent?

The little scroll paper icon next to the < and > arrow icons is the "edit mode" button. Click it and the screen will change into the editing screen. The help file (CTRL + ALT + F1) should have details of how to use the screen.

The R next to an icon (e.g. R) means Rate or the # of points you earn per turn in that city. The orange fist here I think means turns left of occupation after conquest or revolt.
