This Poll will be used to determine the course of the slider settings for the upcomming turnchat.

The options are varied because there are 2 phases. One is while our 3 Settlers are still Active, the other is after the 3 Settlers have founded their cities.

100% Science = Max Science regardless of GPT loss
Max Non-Negative GPT Science = Max Science while maintaining non-negative GPT.
The rest should be self explainitory.

CONDITION: If no option (other than Abstain) attains at least 25% of the vote, then the Domestic Minister's Preference will be the declared Instruction. If at least 1 non-Abstain option gets at least 25% of the vote, then the option with the highest number of votes will become the new instruction.

The DM's Preference is: 100% until the 3 Settlers found Cities/captured/destroyed, Set to Max Science with Non-Negative GPT after.

What else can we do with our gold? Buy techs? -> No, we'll be getting techs in trades. Upgrade units? We want to wait till Samurai are around. Cashrush? We are in a pop-rush Government.

After we learn Monarchy we can choose to get more gold saved, but it has no use before monarchy.
