Mongolia

If (when) we invade that pagan barbarian land known as Mongolia , will it become a part of our mighty province of Deimos?

I am certain if we invade Mongolia, or any other civilization, it will become a new Province. Though we are NOT going to show any agression toword Mongolia, as we already are in a state of war with Rome, Zululand, and England. We will strike at one of them first. The citizens are leaning toward attacking Rome first though.

Provinces will contain no more than 5 cities...6 in an emergency.....so Deimos is near the limit anyway...

I think conquered countries should become newq provinces

Just a thought, we have decided to call the provinces after moons but wouldn't it be nice to name provinces with captured cities after the people we took the land from?
Mongolian cities in the province of......Mongolia, English cities in the province of England etc.
