Yeah, we're working on updates to all of the civs - Tibet's UU still doesn't require horses. It's just a matter of sorting out what needs to be done and finding out when to do it

That I think I know. If you haven't founded a capital city, the game will return that error. It's not game breaking though and I'll fix it in a later update.

If I recall correctly, there is a problem with tundra/snow start bias, as you can't set it as simply as other start biases. Sukritact used some kind of a workaround, but it doesn't always fire up properly (I recently had Sami spawn near a jungle, but it was a tiny map without much land around the poles)

Don't know about the scout, but it would be bad balance-wise; the Sami are already a pretty strong civ that goes tall very early in the game. And building your usual scout takes only 5-6 turns.

I don't know if it's a code problem, but I think you are having bad luck. In my games, Phoenicia always obtains Tyrian Dye resource via their merchant.
 
We've been working on a Snow Start Bias for the Inuit. For the most part it works really well:

Yup, its something fun, specially for the Inuit. I think Sámi are more Tundra than snow though.
 
I suggested what the Ayyubids should do way back when! I forget where it is though and I am too lazy to dig for it again so I will just hope it was used and shrug if they came up with something else (likely better! ^^)

Incidentally according to my brother, it is because of him that the Ayyubids were even made, solely because he played ItR and adored their color scheme. (but like Assyria has the exact same one??? oh well it's not like any other civ in the game had Cairo on their list...no Egypt does not have it, it does repeat several places twice as alternate spellings u.u) I wonder if this is indeed true?
 
Hi mate, just testing out the Buccaneers mod, and I'm having texture issues.

I'm hoping that this is a known issue that can be solved with zero headaches?

I'm using the latest OSX if that has an impact. I have all DLC for BNW and I have had this issue running the game both with and without other mods. I have also tried downloading the pack from both the Steam Workshop and Dropbox to no avail. Cheers for the help!
