More Civilizations mod for Earth 2018 Multiplayer

In order to make the Earth 2018 scenario or mod to work in multiplayer
one needs to be able to set 25 players in the multiplayer session

unfortunately this is impossible because the game has a limit of 12 civilizations for the huge map used in that scenario
however by manually editing the maps file found in the data folder in the game this is now possible

installation instructions:
please go to the installation folder for Civilization VI and copy the files into the data folder overwriting the old files
the path is for me:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Base\Assets\Gameplay\Data

thus you shall have full access to 50 !!! civilizations on the Huge maps and 38 city-states
allowing you and others to press the ADD AI button 25 times in the multiplayer session
inside the game while playing the Earth 2018 maps
please dont use the unstable Giant maps fro Earth 2018
they dont work right right now

I strongly advise against replacing the game's files, especially if you still want to play normal MP, it's much better to release changes in the form of a mod.

That said, I've not seen any change in the files you've posted compared to the game's files (looks like the whole data folder), so which files where supposed to be changed ?
