more power for mayors?

I'm voting no. Mayors should be the mayor of one city only. I am against giving them more power because of the endless rule making it would require.

Mayors always will have the ability to rally the people behind them and that should be the source of their power.

you should also look thru the new proposal. i think this issue is lost already as clear non-support is shown, so maybe we let this one close and concentrate on the above posted new approach.
