Any Sim City game

And... thats about all i got.

Alright, here's my top 5 most addictive games. They aren't necessarily what I play these days but they are games that had me completely addicted.

Everquest - It's certainly not addicting to me anymore but I spent a good part of 3 years playing the hell out Everquest. The social aspect of the game alone really kept me interested for a long time.

Civ 1 - I started playing the original Civ back when I was probably 10 or 11 and still start up an old civ game from time to time. My friends and I would all rush back to my house after school to continue our civ game. Looking back on it, it was pretty amazing that a turn based strategy game could keep ten and eleven year olds glued to the monitor even just to watch someone else play it.

Warcraft: Orcs and Humans - The original Warcraft gave me my first look at the multiplayer aspect of games. I started a ladder on old AOL and we had about 20 members. The phone bills for having to dial long distance to connect modems was killer. I had to do a lot of chores some months to pay off my parents phone bill.

Dune (original rpg game from the mid 90's) - I don't know what I like about this game but its really addictive. I usually start up a game once or twice a year and can't stop until I've beaten it. Of course I've beaten the game so many times I can do it in 5-6 hours but its pretty impressive a 10+ year old game can keep me coming back.

Covert Ops/Rogue Spear - Someone introduced these FPS games to our whole dorm floor my freshman year and its amazing we got anything done. By themselves I probably wouldn't have given these games a second look but when you play with 15 other people on your floor it really adds something.

Battlefield 2
Cilvilization series
GTA San Andreas
Diablo 2
Star wars Knights of the Old Republic series

XCom series
Master of Orion
Master of Magic
Civ Series
EverQuest
Asherons Call
Dark Ages of Camelot
World of Warcraft
Silent Storm
Baldurs Gate series
Icewind Dale series

Overall, Civ series would be the one I've played the most outside of MMORPGs.

I missed that one....the original MOO was a time killer, that's for sure.
The original Warlords might make the top 10 also.

Notice how only PC games are being listed? And people were saying the death of PC gaming is coming..

Number 1 for me is a mud called Gemstone

World of Warcraft
Asheron's Call 1

I've probably logged at least 1 month of real game-time in all of those.
