No, seriously I'll go with the clear ones: either Hitler or Stalin. Both are really strange and interesting personalities, and had a huge impact on history.

Yes, his official title is Eternal President, meaning hes still officially the head of state. Even Idi Amin was "His Excellency President for Life, Field Marshal Al Hadji Doctor Idi Amin Dada, VC, DSO, MC, CBE."

That said, I have to go with one of the most underestimated dictators on the list, Benito Mussolini. The more you read about him the more you realise he wasn't the buffoon he's often depicted as, and is arguably one of the most influential men of the 20th century.
