Most Underrated Game Ever

Cossacks is underated, IMHO it's better than Age of Empires. Unlike most RTS games, Cossacks has some really spectacular battles with hundreds of units on each side, that were nice to watch.

I dont think Chrono Cross is underrated,I've seen too many people praise it and be proud of its ownership.

Silent Hunter III now thats an underrated game,but a really great one. Sinking Aircraft Carriers has never been so much fun

I wouldn't have thought Silent Hunter would be considered under-rated, but then I suppose it does have to appeal to a certain audience.

I Own Cossacks and American Conquests + Empire Earth and Empire Earth 2.
I can only say those games suck! I dont know why, perhaps i hate the playing style of those games but i wouldn't consider them underated, many people played those games.

SH III simply Rocks but not many people play the game, i hope SH IV will get more audience.
