Just installed Civ4 BtS on my laptop, the only problem I've found is some sort of display big with the mouse. When I stop moving the mouse it disappears totally, and when I do move it there's a small box that follows it around giving me strangle graphics underneath as it goes. This starts as soon as the menu loads and continues throughout game play.
