I mentioned it before but it was never answered satisfied or none at all (don't remember).
Well, I'm using a new machine. Here is a short description and history.
It had 32 bit Windows 7. When I ran BtS full screen, the mouse was just fine, no stuttering.
Next thing, I finally got 8GB worth of RAM so I upgraded to 64 bit 7. The game got better for me with larger maps, etc.
But only thing is: I can no longer play full screen in 64 bit 7 because the mouse stutters. To be clear: it is the SAME type of mouse and it runs just fine everywhere else in my new 64 bit 7. Only times it stuttered was when I'm in full screen of BtS. I tried Windowed and the game runs perfectly. However, I want to play full screen. So anyone have a solution for this or heard of one?
Additionally, the mouse also stutters in Total War: Empire and this game could not be made into windowed, at least not easy way. So I would like to see this solved for any potential future full screen games on my machine.
