Having just captured Archeron, Iwonder if anyone knew where/how to make him move? Seems welded to the spot, and seems a shame to waste his power so. :)

Capturing him should remove the leash. If not, that's strange..
I'd worldbuilder it off of him if I were you.. :p

It should, but it doesn't. It's a known bug (and fixed in 1.31).

Capturing him would be OP anyway. Make a surprise script for 1.31 that turns him back to hostile after 3 turns or so. :p

Also, forum Christmas colours! They burn my eyes!

Or replace him with a duplicate unit on capture, one scaled to ridiculously tiny proportions, and only capable of 1 damage ;)

Fear not, if we work together, we can fight against this overwhelming happy-skipping. *chops Moon's head off with Orcuss' Axe*

Is that snow on my reply button? *melts the snow with fire effect on the axe*

Christmas is really a bigger thing if you have kids of something. :mischief: For my family, it's more like an inconvience with everyone grown up and no one wanting knee-sized screamers... yet.

The Christmas colors do burn. But not in the fire kind of way. Instead, they burn in the acid kind of way.

It's kind of like puring vinegar down your nose and up your brain and than snorting concentrated citric acid. And doing all that while being forced to wait for RiFE to come out. It just... burns.

Add some effervescent powder for even more fun.

I did find a way to worldbuilder his leash off actually, but it's slightly convoluted. What you have to do is give him one of the minotaur leash promotions (they use the same hourglass icon as the giantkin age categories, as they're based on age, so not too hard to miss). This "should" reset his leash to that given by the new promotion (or maybe it shouldn't, but it did for me).

Then, you give the final promotion in that set, called "remove leash" or something similar. This should remove his new leash, leaving him free to move. You may have to wait a turn between each of these steps for the game to acknowledge the changes to the leash.

It was a while since I did this, so I might have missed a step

The Christmas scheme is about as awesome as snorting sodium benzoate (epileptic seizure inducing then causing partial paralysis)
