This poll is multiple choice, public and simple plurality wins.
If there is a tie, MSAV will decide.

We got certain facts we need to take into account:

We have a Mutual Protection Pact with America, Aztecs and France

We have a WOTP sanctioned naval war allowed as rules of engagement.

Capturing Russian India and divide it in advance of the UN election could be advantageous, as that accelerates the elimination of a Russian vote we do not want to see.

The Options for how to run the war are the following:

Ah! Some justification is put forth. Here comes the big bad wolf:

The Big Bad Wolf hunkers down and starts twiddling his thumbs. Enter Provopiggie

Serpent: "The justification given for this war is that Russia's abstain will threaten our Dilpo win, people of FAIRY LAND. But why go after the Russians, the most powerful of the abstainers? Rome, Zululand, and the Iro's are definitely not going to vote on us, and they are the three weakest nations on the planet. Why don't we take care of them (using MPPs and all that with our friends) to ensure our win? If it is true that giving away cities acts as a super-bribe or whatever, then do it.

"Both I and Provopigge (and probably others) have realized that we are not going to win this "fairly". If we want a diplo win, it is clear that to get it we are going to have to bump some heads. But invading Russia will put too much of a strain on our people: let's finish off those we've been at war with already, while simultaneously keeping the relations we've got with France, America, and the Aztecs (and the Babs?).
