Multi-player chat enter/end turn bug

I haven't seen this anywhere on the CF forum yet. When a friend and I play, hitting enter to send a chat will activate the end turn button. This is especially frustrating when you're just looking over your stuff before you end turn.

Anyone else encounter this?

More specifically (I'm the friend), it only seems to happen (at least to me) when it's waiting for you to hit Next Turn. If the prompts for construction or research are up, you can chat to your heart's content.

Turns out there are a lot of times when I want to say something to my team (we play on a team, dunno if this happens more generally or not) and NOT end my turn. Very annoying.

I can confirm the same thing happening to me as well. Highly annoying. A quick fix would be certainly welcome.

Yes and completely new from the .332 patch. Very annoying.

I encountered this bug as well with the latest patch. Even though you are typing in the chat window the enter key will still activate the end turn button if you have no other actions pending.

Any idea where the release notes are for these patches so I can see what was changed/fixed?

This happens to me too. If you have no prompts, the chat feature will end your turn when you hit enter.

It's also annoying when you accidentally give commands to units when you send a message then start typing your next one, simply because you didn't re-click into the chat box. Grrr!
