Multiplayer Balance Patch

I am currently working on a balance patch for Civ VI multiplayer, and am looking for input and suggestions. Please check out the other thread here to contribute :)

I play cooperative games with a buddy of mine -- it'd be good to be able to have teams that share civics/tech and be able to control whether you spawn near to each other or not.

And this may not be on topic completely but I love the way the barbs are so much tougher, and some sort of MP mod that pits all the players against a unified horribly grim barbarian horde would be fun.

BTW, is there any difference in the way the MP AI acts relative to SP, like in Civ V? They seem a little bit more passive to me, and not well put together.
 
Those are some cool ideas. They're mostly beyond my ability to code at this point, but maybe someone else can. This is more for technical balancing, adjusting numbers and stuff like that - not adding new mechanics :)
