Multiplayer Civ DLCs?

My friend wants to download the Korea Civ DLC. Will he be able to use that civ in a LAN MP game if I don't have it?

No, all players need the same DLCs to be able to use them in a multiplayer game.

As well, if he is creating the game, he needs to disable the DLC on the advanced screen else you will still not be able to play together even if he is not using Korea.

You need the korea dlc if you want to anyone to play with Korea in your games.
