Multiplayer CTD on round end

Hello guys, first time playing this mod in Multiplayer and my brother got the problem, that his game crashes with a Fatal Error to the Desktop, once the turn ends.

Anyone knows what to do there? It says smth like "Failed to Allocate Memory" or smth.

How much RAM does he have and what size map are you playing on? Have you checked the mod runs ok for him in single player mode (with the same map type/size)?

Also, we seem to get OOS problems like every time. What to do there? :(

Not sure - V30 had some OOS issues which I'm unsure if have been sorted out. You really need Thunderbrd or AIAndy to respond...
 
Are you working on the v30 stock or SVN version? SVN has gotten past some OOS issues but I believe there's still some more to be concerned with. Slowly, we're improving on those. When you get OOS errors on the SVN version, a log report is appreciated.

As for the crash you're experiencing, the same can be said about v30 vs SVN there too. Many crash scenarios were resolved recently. Could easily be one of those.

Using the v30 not the SVN version (since i don't get how to use it xD).

More infos:

The Fatal Error only occurs, once we try to restart a game. If we just start 1 game, it works without Fatal Error, but then if we go to the main menu and then start a new game, the Fatal Error occurs.

He has 4 GB of RAM and we play on Large with 6 AI and 2 Players (me n him), usually works on SP.
 
Ah... probably just need to clear out with a restart between games then. I had to do that on a slightly weaker system for a long time - couldn't load twice - always need to clear the ram completely to get it to work for another load.

There's still the problem of the OOS, it is there the entire time. From start and throughout the entire game. It's not hindering, it's just very annoying... :/
 
OOS errors are still plentiful and take an intense degree of complex coding work to solve. If you're getting that many, I suspect you're playing with Rev on? It helps to lessen them to not play with Rev. There's still going to be a lot though as there's still quite a few to be found and uprooted. The next version should be a bit of an improvement but I'm about to try to find out myself tonight just how stable it may be in regards to OOS errors.
