I started a new game yesterday and figured it might be time to move up. So I played as the Iroquois on Regent (war academy claims its a good one to move up with). To my surprise, by the 10th turn my nation was completely unproductive because of unhappiness and the closest luxuries nearby were a few tiles up. My income was breaking even. Not to mention that while I was REXing the AI was still popping cities out at a rate much higher than I could even hope. Any tips?

That is not easy to do at Warlord, you get 3 content citizens. We you at war? I wouls say a save would be needed to really know. How can they expand by turn 10 on warlord? They have a penalty and are very slow to do anything.

Is this a tiny map?

No war, but the sped up production thing was on. standard sized map. I'm not totally sure how to bring up a save so if you could give a quickie tutorial or a link I will gladly do this for you

You load a save you use the "post reply" button, not the quick reply one. You enter in some text as normal, then scroll down tofind the "manage attachment" buton. It will let you browse your disk for the save.

Then click th eupload button on the right and next come back to the post and submit as normal.

PS.

AP for accelerate Production is meant for MP games and is not normally use for epic games. Epic meaning not a hand made scenario.

oh. Didn't know it was that simple. I'll do that in a bit but I lost the save so I'm going to try again. And thanks for the AP info. I won't use it anymore

regent is hard move up you have to get used to the two content one instead of three. i dont paly regent anymore im on emperor but when i did i used to build a few warriors and then start spitting out settlers cause regent expands pretty slow so ull have some time to work on the settlers so dont try and go real fast juss take your time and expand
