I'm in the middle of loading everything back on but I have a question, are all the patches for C3C and civ FULL patches? Can I just download the latest patches for both, or do I have to download every patch there is?

You just have to download the latest iirc.

Installing C3C will patch vanilla up to 1.29 so all you should really need is the C3C 1.22 patch.
