My Review of "An Inconvenient Truth".

I thought it was great. I've been hearing about this kind of thing for quite a while so it didnt' shock me or anything.

The movie didn't really show me anything I hadn't heard already from my many Geography and Oceanography courses. But one part really hit hard, when he showed the sheer amount of antropomorhically produced CO2 we're pumping into the atmosphere vs. the geological levels. This went to show me how much trouble we really are in.

True, but this is very necessary if people are going to believe in this very real phenomena. Political will is more often than not found at the grassroots.

Well it is a documentary and not supposed to be action packed. It's like a very interesting undergraduate lecture.

Just saw the DVD (watching the movie and the update since the movie came out).

Very basic but interesting stuff. I am going to read up more on the methane pockets in Siberia.
