(NAB - CNR) C3C shuts off when a conquest is won

When I first started playing Conquests, I tried the Mesopotamia scenario and beat it on regent. When I was finished, the game took me to a scenario completion screen to place my score in the high scores. This was when it was working fine.

However, since then, I have played the Rise of Rome, Sengoku, and Mesoamerica scenarios and beat all of them. With each of them, it has taken me through the victory screens and just before it brings me to the high score screen, the game completely shuts off. Hence, my score is never entered into the hall of fame. I have tried playing on various difficulty levels but it usually the same.

The only thing I can think of is that I had installed one of the Conquest update patches somewhere in that time. Would that cause this? (Btw...XP is my OS if that helps at all.)

Has anyone experienced this same problem? If so, what can I do to fix this? Thanks.

Why is it everybody ignores the bug reporting guildelines here? How about uploading a save file just before your victory with steps how to complete it? Oh, and if the save file is more than 100K, don't complain that you cannot upload it, but use the upload file feature at the bottom of the page. And what does shutting off mean? It just crashed to desktop? Any messages?

Yes, it the game was crashing to desktop. Sorry that I was not clear enough in explaining.

However, I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game, and it is no longer having this problem anymore.
