Thanks for uploading yor file. But a first short view in the palette used ,let me guess that it will cause problems in-game. Instead of the usual magenta/green your palette use magenta/shadow.

I am using it in my Napoleonic Wars scenario General, and it appears to be ok, having said that, I am sure you know more about graphics work than I do. Do you think you can fix that? Frankly I wouldn't know how. I just did a little cut n' paste with PSP. Now that you mention that, that may also be the problem with some of the unit icons I have attempted. Some work and some don't.

I will take a look. Maybe I can fix it easily. But maybe not.
Unit Icons: If some of them won`t work ,it surely means they have a wrong palette. When you working on pcx files ,make sure they have the magenta/green in their palette. Open the original graphic files (palette) to see how Firaxis has made them. Than just follow their path.

WOW!!! I followed your advice. Was able to copy the palette like you suggested , and fixed one of the icons I was having a problem with. Thanks again general. You made it easy.
