Perhaps you can have the flag move a little more with the wind. And perhaps a little bigger compared to the bearer?

I think the best way is, I send my flag and animation files to Sandris. I have not the napoleonic figures on my computer yet ! He can render some new units for all useable nation with typical uniforms.
