"It has just been announced moments ago that all fighting has ceased in and around the Dominion of Incredible Evil. It has been confirmed that forces from Jonasium, Matrix Theory and Stevski have accepted the surrender of the remnants of the Evil army which had been reduced to scattered pockets of largely ineffectual resistance. As reported... wait a moment! The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff have just emerged from the Federal Building!"

Chairman JCS: "We only have a few moments to answer your questions."

Reporter 1: "General, what truth is there to reports that as a last-ditch effort the Evil military launched nuclear missiles against our nation?"

Chairman JCS: "They attempted to breach our missile defenses by taking out the satellite basis of our defense network, but were unsuccessful. This was apparently their last throw of the dice. Strikes against Matrix Theory were similarly repelled by their own ABM systems, and we attempted to shield Jonasium and Stevski as much as possible. We were largely successful."

Reporter 2: "Minister Zigman, have you heard whether or not the Master of Evil has been located?"

Minister of FA: "Not to my knowledge. As far as we can tell, his forces surrendered without authorization from him. His generals took it upon themselves to end the war when it became clear that their cause was hopeless."

Chairman JCS: "For all we know, he could be locked in an underground bunker somewhere, fantasizing that the war is still going on."

Reporter 3: "What was the motiviation to get involved in this conflict in the first place? Our stated policy was non-involvement."

Minister of FA: "As long as the conflict remained a conventional one, that policy was valid. Once The Dominion decided that nukes were a good idea, there was no profit to be had by inaction."

Reporter 4: "Now that we own the rights and properties of The Dominion as a result of a hostile takeover, how can you justify leaving the occupation of Dominion territory in the hands of others?"

Chairman JCS: "We consider it an investment in the future. We have no intention of holding on to the properties obtained, as their intrinsic value is quite limited. The goodwill to be had by hastening the end of this conflict promises greater profits in the future."

Minister of FA: "That's all the time we have for now."

After accepting the surrender of the Top Generals. The headcount of surrendered armies seemed extremely low only a few thousand have surrendered not the expected millions. Unfortunatly for the 625technocracy the cruise missle adapted nukes went by undetected. Also all of the forces inside Incredible Evil were nuked. Although most of the nuclear arsenol has been expended the Master of Evil made it clear that unless hostilities are immediatly stopped, the remianing nuclear wheapons will be launched upon innocent nations capitals. So if any country DOESN'T want their capital nuked to oblivion we suggest that you demand that these states stop hostilities. The remianing military has fallen back to a more central location, they will fight to the death in order to protect the nation from utter destruction. Travel on the borders have become immposible due to extreme radiation, as the death toll mounts a nuclear winter comes in. Agriculture is dying and malnutrition mounts. If nuclear wheapons are contiued to be fired the death toll may be too great. LEAVE NOW AND WE WILL SUPPLY EBOLA VACCINES, ALL OF YOUR TECHNOLOGY HAS BEEN SEVERLY DAMAGED. Today the war against the Dominion of Incredible Evil has ended. The last forces of the enemy have unconditionally surrendered. Silence has replaced the clash of arms but it must be a silence of remembrance. We must remember why this bloody war had been fought.

For we did not want it and neither did our allies. But the flagrant aggression of the Dominion forced us to unleash our swords and deal the enemy mortal blows. In the face of the direst adversity we have not flinched but have carried the war into the enemy's own land and have beaten him there.

The former leadership of the Dominion, devoid of morality and of reason, deployed nuclear devices against us, our allies and their own people. Fortunately, our and our allies' ballistic defence systems have destroyed every single missile sent by the Dominion outside its territory.

Many Allied soldiers have died in the explosions. As for the Dominion, millions of its civilian population have been killed or maimed for life and its ecology and economy have been ruined for centuries.

These crimes will not go unpunished: those who gave the orders to deploy nuclear devices and those who knowingly executed them will be found wherever they may try to hide and will be brought to open trial before an international tribunal.

Hundreds of thousand of good men and women, from Matrix Theory, Jonasium, Qed, Siederia, Stevski and Topology, have sacrificed their lives to bring this day of victory, victory deeply tinged with sorrow.

Their sacrifice was not made in vain. For today no nation in this region that wants to be free is any longer threatened by aggression and brutal oppression from any quarter.

And so it shall be in the future. For today we say to every would-be aggressor: "Desist or be destroyed as the Dominion of Incredible Evil was".
