Also, I didn't have chance to ask before since I was banned.. but where are all the rivers flowing?

They are all flowing right across the islands.. shouldnt the have an origin in higher land?

I said this world would weird. Also, you might find out exactly why the rivers seem to not make sense.

Inside a stone palace not far from his homeland. King Ornrys II traveled with his chiefs to Neighboring Kourstani to talk about an important thing: the attack of Soban. Across the river and ever higher hills he traveled. Finally, he arrived at the Palace of the Kourstani King. As Yusani blew his horn and declared: "King Ornrys II, King of the Purzan, leader of its chiefs, cordialy ask audiance of the King of Kourstani on the Barbarian city Soban and how to Capture it."

As the sound echoed through the hills the King of the Kourstani, a Dwarf compared to the tall lith Ornrys and his chiefs on hourseback, appeared. His court followed and almost jumped into the sky when they saw the hight. As they demounted the Cheifs kneeled and Ornrys said, "King of Kourstani, pardon for I don't know your name, but I request audiance with your advisors. My name is Ornrys the Second and we should talk."

"Indeed", said the King, "My name is..."

(Moose warrior, continue the story with your side, then we can go back and forth. It will be fun and epic If we do it right!

"Indeed", said the King, "My name is Gotrek the Third. Come! Let us go into my palace and discuss things there, my servants will bring you there, while I go collect my advisors."

A Short Time Later....

"Ah, here we are, my palace!" said Gotek, pointing to an ornate hall of stone, gold, silver, and precious gemstones. "Now, what was it you wanted to talk about King Ornrys?".....

"Immortals above and below..." said Orneys... Eyes wide, Chief Raviz bumped him gentley, "Sorry." He appoligized.

"The thing is, Gotrek, we found out the amount of supplies needed to arrive and conquer Soban... One thousand two hundred animals to carry our armies. Over two thousand camels to carry the water. However, our people can't hope to ever breed and capture enough animals for this, and also is the problem of holding it after conquering and pacifying it..."

Before Gotrek started Chief Raviz bumped him again and handed him a plaque, "And a request of Mutual Friendship between our nations, with that, we can defend ourselves from any and all problems for an eternaty..."

"Alright, we will agree to your request of Mutual Friendship, but we cannot guarantee it for all of eternity. I do not know what my successors may decide to do, and we do not take oaths lightly.", said King Gotrek.

"Now, to your request for animals and troops.... We can supply you with, at most, half of our herds of ponies and mules as pack animals and mounts for troops. We will also give you some troops to help conquer the Soban, but what we will do above all is create a road from here, to your capital to the oasis-city in Soban."

Malachai, the Gotrek's's advisor in war and money(economics) bumped Gotrek and whispered something to him, in return he got a hastily whispered reply..........

"We humbly thank you for this aid and must prepare our own soldiers. We shall defeat them with this friendship for today, we will begin the end for Soban. May your Swords Stay sharp!" Said Ornrys II, and as he prepared to leave he was rubbed in the back by Yusani and pointed to the sea.

"Ah, yes, our promise for you..."
5 ships rose in the Horizon and stoped outside in a bay.
"They are for you to do as you see fit... May our swords stay sharp!*"

* The legendary good bye of two friends in a well known story.

A Raid


The raiders looked around at each other. Weighing each other up. Thinking who would be a good partner in battle, who will I leave to die, who will run, who are the heros and more. All this ran through their minds but not a word was spoken. 200m away was the gate of an enemy village and they did not want to alert the archers gaurding the palisade. The battering ram was almost ready...

The gates were gone and the archers slain. Only ten raiders lost. The group carried on in murdering soldiers as they found them. Soon all the patrols had been silenced and only another five men gone to the Mother. Now the raiding could begin....

In two days every building in the village had been searched, all resistance wiped out and all potenial slaves rounded up. Everyone else was dead. The slaves were made to carry the loot back to Asakdar lands while the soldiers encourged them, with red-hot brands and cruel spear jabs. If you fell you either got back up or were murdered. Your load would be given to a loved one or member of your family. If you tried to run or call for help one of your family members or loved ones was tortured in front of you. On average half the slaves made it back but that was just a fact of life really.

Just wondering about the update. May replace this with a story tomorrow.

If more people would send orders it could be very soon. I might push the deadline back since there are are some people who haven't sent in their orders (and because I'm lazy ).

I have always found it is good to PM people a day or so before a deadline to poke them along as a NES starts up. Once it has been going for a while people will hopefully be hooked!

Okay. That actually works pretty well for me. I'm going to be inactive today so I'm not really going to be able to work on the update.
