Need help making custom units for use in BTS

Each time I try and play my mod with a custom unit, it can't read the file "CIV4UnitInfos.xml". If I remove the custom units, it works fine. I've read all the guides that concern custom units and followed them to the letter, and still get the error, I turned off automatic caching so thats not a problem.

What specific error do you get?

it varies, but the reason is "Element content is invalid according to the DTD/Schema

EDIT: Seems when I did the original addition, I used the assets from the first folder. BTS assets are in a different one.

It would appear you put something where it didn't belong.

Could you post the XML part that gives you trouble? put it in

 tags.

The folder structure is weird, the first folder is "sid meier's civilization iv beyond the sword" then the one that I needed to use is "sid meier's civilization iv beyond the sword\Beyond the Sword"

Yeah, the name scheme is crap.
The first one is only the basic civilization, the second one is the real BtS.
