I need help to find a text file.

I look into:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v\Assets\Gameplay\XML\NewText\EN_US
But impossible to get hold of the text file containing the traits.
Someone knows where he is ?

An example:
In the balance- civilizations mods, i have this command:

<Update>
<Where Tag="TXT_KEY_TRAIT_LAND_TRADE_GOLD" />
<Set Text="+2 [ICON_GOLD] Gold from each [ICON_CONNECTED] Trade Route and Oil Resources provide double quantity." />

Or did he find the text for that trait ?
