Need help With conquest editor!

How do you eable the city and unit brushes

I cant place cities or units and cant find anything that looks like it would enable it

I believe you hit space and have to set the player. Then the brushes are enabled. I generally don't mess with this, so I may be wrong.

Click the shield icon (5th icon from the right) on the toolbar and choose the civ you want to set as the "active player"

now the city and unit icons should be coloured, rathered than greyed out like before

As Turner hinted, you can also hit the space bar to choose the civ whose cities/units you want to place.

or save as conquest edit file?
