I am looking for suggestions for names (no, not for myself!!!)

I am involved in an Ars Magica role-playing game, and my Character, a Flambeau named Nero just died (it was remarkable, no one expected the balefire in a simple trap . . . ). I am making a new character, and I was wondering if you fine folks could help me think up of a name for him.

If you have no idea what I am talking about, I am looking for a name that is preferably Latin-based, for a character in the 1200s in Europe, in a role-playing game.

I've always been fond of Bootius Maximus.

Hmm, yes, Telamon sounds good, or Camaris, pronounced with the silent "s" . . .

I am not too picky, I just am not feeling imaginative.

Thanks for those, guys.

How about SuperBeaverInc.? :p

Arturius Britannia?

Felix.

Means happy king or something like that in latin.

Its the only name I know that is an actual latin name from a while ago. Or maybe its not.

Montador (as in Steve Montador :D ) or Misericordia (sounds good to me).

Faust :satan:

How about something that is Latino instead of Latin. Rico Suave.

Gaius Sparticus

I say it has a lovely ring to it...:D

Sempronius, Tiberius, Augustus, Octavius, Sulla, Septimus, Trajan, Gaius, Martius, Marcus, Aurelian, Aurelius, Magnus, ugh, and so on and so on...

Farcoff - say it slower and separate in to two words. What we say in Australia when another person is bothering you :)

Hmm, yes, I have decided to go with "Camaris", and have the "s" be silent.

Thanks for all the suggestions, they helped a lot!!!

If this is typed, how are people supposed to know the s is silent?

Name: "Camaris with the silent s"
Too long! Next!
