I am looking for suggestions for names (no, not for myself!!!)

I am involved in an Ars Magica role-playing game, and my Character, a Flambeau named Nero just died (it was remarkable, no one expected the balefire in a simple trap . . . ). I am making a new character, and I was wondering if you fine folks could help me think up of a name for him.

If you have no idea what I am talking about, I am looking for a name that is preferably Latin-based, for a character in the 1200s in Europe, in a role-playing game.

I have no idea what you are talking about but I propose the name Sinus.

Telamon, Rahvin, Demandred, Doroon, Camaris sa Vinnitta, john Prysbeter....just writing down some fantasy characters. Isn't that what you're looking for?

Hmm, yes, Telamon sounds good, or Camaris, pronounced with the silent "s" . . .

I am not too picky, I just am not feeling imaginative.

    Thanks for those, guys.

Hmm, yes, I have decided to go with "Camaris", and have the "s" be silent.

Thanks for all the suggestions, they helped a lot!!!

If this is typed, how are people supposed to know the s is silent?

Name: "Camaris with the silent s"
    Too long! Next!
