Need Quick Tech Advice

I just bought Civ6 and it runs on my computer, but slowly (even in early eras). I'm looking to buy a new computer and know I can get a gaming computer, but this is the only game I play.

Will the following specs on a new laptop run Civ6 quickly or should I go higher? If so, what do I need to really run it quickly.
