Move one army in the west all the way to the coast, and one army in the east to the central border with Persia. Leave all other armies where they are. Allow creation of Arabian country south, do not expand.

Update 4 : The End of the Persian Wars.
After long and difficult negotiations, the nations of persia, babylonia and judea, have finally accepted peace at pre-war border, it appears that the only one that got something out of the war were the judeans who got a piece of babylonian land.
The persian mercenarys went back north, home, stablishing the Kasha settlement, promising the persians to give support in case war erupted again.
the indians declared peace w/ everyone too, but still sent one army to persia to wait just in case, they decided not to send 2 since it would look suspicious, they also placed it a long way from the border, this way they could not be used in a persian surprise attack, but able to retaliate in case of an invasion.
Accepting the babylonian pleas, the arabian tribe decided to settle further south, quickly the gap between babylon and judea was full.
The arabs created their settlements, but there were disagreements, so the tribe separated into 2, still it didnt meant they didnt liked each other, they have started to save money to perhaps someday have trade caravans across the desert.
Rome pushes on! after a ful scale attack the romans took almost half the gaulic land, they also encoutered another kind of people up north, the germanic tribes, this war like tribe, just wants to be left alone, but it will defend its territory to the end!

the celts, after sailing for many days, have finally landed in a large island, being their first time sailing, the small sea between the tip of france to the island of ireland became forever known as the celtic sea. (where navy is).
The Carthagenean fleet moved to crete, this after a treaty w/ teh greeks, they encountered some pirates and easily destroyed them. reaching their objective safely.
REBELLION IN EGYPT!!!
after a long time w/ rebelling confidence (2 turns) the people of the west decided to rebel, calling for the cretion of libyani. it is unknown what will happen, carthageneans see the rebelling land and wonder.....
massive new trade routes appear in asia.

also, u cant grow military, huge armys needs a certian economy level, so i grew the economoy instead.

Okay. But only on these conditions...
1) You can't have a bigger military than Rome
2) You may not build more than 2 settlements
3) You must provide military aid in an attack on Rome
Caesar held a parade in the streets of Rome. The people celebrated! Though outnumbered, the Romans defeated their eniemes in Gaul! The Gauls were allowed to be free, but they had to sign the Treaty of Gallic Freedoms. Caesar also built marketplaces and trading posts in the Empire. This would increase the strength of the economy.
