THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER TO JOIN......

5-I AM PLACING 24 HOURS FOR CLAIMING NATIONS, THERE ARE LIMITED, PLZ CHECK THE MAP AND CLAIM ONE (FLAGS REPRESENT STARTING LOCATIONS)
6- Dont be misguided by the joining map, is only that, each flag represents a starting position, everyone will see how the actual thing is in 1st update.
7-to join u have to fill up the nation template, write a small story (it doesnt matter size for now) and thats it.
Rules (remember it wont be as complicated as it seems ....)
This is a hybrid, to do well you must post storys, and manage ur armys well, like in a board game.
** The Political Map **
in this map there will be where you see your borders, roads, cities, and armys.
City concepts -
you create citys by moving settlers to an area and order them to build a city
you must name the city
every city u build, your empires territory will grow. if the city is destroyed, the territory will be most likely lost.
citys can be conquered, that and their hold territory will be of the conquerors, although the citizens religion and roots will remain.
all cities produce two economic credits
all cities can support 2 armys or navys.
to upgrade all armys, they must be by a city.
(note, after the capital, all citys will be represented as the religious symbol of the areas majority)
Roads + future upgrades
roads can be built between citys, it costs money to build them. 1 economic credit to build a road.
in roads units move twice as fast.
roads will eventually be upgraded, railroads etc.
Army s
every city can support up to 2 armys.
armys move just like in neo 1.
to upgrade an army, as new tech are discovered, they must be by one of your cities.
10 % of your forces will be proclaimed elite, you name this units, they are better than your regulars, and are marked differently on the map.
it costs an economic credit to build an army. (remember the limit set by the number of cities)
u can upgrade an army from regular to copper to iron, they must be w/in a city and u must pay one economic credit
army units :
regulars, nothing special 1/1/1
copper weaponry army 2/2/1 (requires copper to build )
Iron weaponry army 3/3/1 (requires iron to build)
elite 4/4/2 (u cant build, only a small percentage will become elite by random at war.)
navy:
attack ship 2/1/2 (needs timber to build)
transport 0/0/2 (one transport can carry one army) (needs timber to build)
borders
self explanatory
you expand as you build cities.
settlers cost one economic level, they settle cities.
you can only have one settler unit per turn (this means u can create a max of a city per turn.
**The Geological map **
In this map all the luxuries and resources are placed for you to see and plan, u can also see the religion majority of your cities (details later on ) edit this will be part of the political map too.
if a luxury is w/in ur borders, that luxury is yours.
other things may appear in this map, i will point them out as they appear.

Copper - used to build military upgrades
Iron - used to build military upgrades
silver - provides 3 economic credits per turn free
Timber- used in building national city upgrade and ships

to trade there must be a road between empires.
you must have more than one resource ( u can trade spices if you have 2 or more etc)

your original citys religion will be your choosing, but as time goes on, other nations influence may change this, for example, after a while, adjacent Christian cities influence might make the roman religion less influent, the city will change religion majority, they will remain part of your empire, but are more likely to join similar religion empires, or be angry when you are at war w/ a nation of their religion majority.
Happiness- each face will represent a happy, neutral or sad face, wait until 1st update to see it, if too many faces are sad, there will be turmoil, if most are happy (due to lots of luxuries and ur storys) good things will happen.
economy, i have gotten rid of this, your economy will be ruled by how many economic credits you have left after ur orders.
so if you want to get more credits, build more cities or do more trade (more realistic eh? )
Techs + City upgrades
every once in a while i will declare a new tech discovery, many of these will include upgrades to your empire, for example, the world discovers literature, now you can build libraries in ur empire, these upgrades have bonuses like happiness, economy, military etc.
the details of how to build the city or unit upgrades will come as we start the nes.
this will be like neo 1, but it wont be as complicated.
Wonders!:
unlike neo one or two, this wonders powers will be far far bigger adn longer lasting.
wonders now may require economic credits, resources and luxuries.
for example, the pyramids, they could require 5 economic levels, stone, gold and incense + 5 turns to build. seems a lot......but they will be true wonders of the world and bring huge effects!
