Known simply as "mystery" this is the new communist encoding system. Based off of transforming letters into numbers and several other features. Not much has been released about the machine except that it is used for the communication between communist leaders. The machine does not rival the complexity of the NeuEnigma developed in Argentina but it serves it's purpose. Argentinan officials have said they have broken the code but offered no proof. The use of the machine has dwindled however and it is unsure if it will be used again.

Algerian An Quebec Rebellion
A full scale rebellion has begun in Algeria where gureillas in the south wage a war for independence agaisnt the European Union. Primier Khrushchev has already given the thumbs up for Algerians as he is the first to accept it's pela for independence. In Quebec the long opressed people there have decided to throw off their shakles and have begun a rebellion agaisnt the evil canadians. The Primeir has also recognised their independence. Let the tyrants of the west know that they can not opress people any longer be it vietnamese, algerian or Quebeci.

German Plan Backfires

Our allies in the Commonwealth of Socialist Republics have recieved much aid from the facists in Germany. Their plan to switch CoSR to their side however was foiled as much more money was sent fby the USSR. The money given to rally support is now helping the strong soviet ally.

Australian Rebellion Dying
As German mechs arrive in australia the fellow communists there have been slaughtered along with the aboriginees. The mechs also foolishly shot at rabbbit which just hopped right by.

South Vietnam and South Africa

South Vietnam has come close to reaching North Vietnam's level of economy. The UN has also annoucned that within a year, South Africa wil lbecome a member of the world's nations.

move move move!, the 7 operatives moved quickly in the cold night. Everyone had very different uniforms and equipment, the only thing that was trully the same for all of them was a parch on their jackets, it was a black dragon.
they spoke quietly as they moved. I cant believe these guards, they are either asleep or drunk with vodka!. he then fired his silenced pistol at them and opened an elevator door. As they arrived to their destination some floors underground, they lost no time in eliminating the few guards there too. Perimeter secured herr oberst!, a man said w/ a german accent as he reloaded his silenced submachine gun. Excellent old chap, everyone knows what to do!. This was aparently the leader, whose accent was trully british. Chan, get the the doors opened!, Pier, take care of the alarms!. as the doors were forced open, a large vault appeared from the smoke. Mr Sorikov, you are the russian expert here.... you open it. the british exclaimed to the tallest man in the group. The man took out his equipment and had the door open in less than ten minutes, as the men steped inside, the vault was larger than expected, and so it was full of different things. experimental chemical weapons, soviet mech designs, ballistic rocket blueprints....... sputnik blueprints, data..... lots of data....... The russian said. The frenchman in the beret hurried and took very few objects. Oui, that is everything we need, Carlos, blow the rest. As the men got out of the vault, the explosive charges were set up.
Yall, this wasnt that hard, the operative w/ a texan accent exclaimed, suddenly an alarm was set up. Thank you Josh, is always you and your big mouth. As the leader said this, the Texan smilled and took out his weapon of choice, a pair of colt .45 revolvers. The operatives ran out, as they came out of the elevator, they were expected by many soviet soldiers aiming at them. Put down your weapons! and you may live!, a soviet colonel exclaimed. the Frenchman activated a devise on his arm and the lights were out. kolashnikov gun fire rained all over the dark room. Hold your fire!, the colonel yelled to his troops. suddenly the lights were back on, and right by the elevator, a strange black devise...... and on it a clock. tick tack tick tack. the colonel saw it but didnt have time to do anything more, the bomb exploded..... the operatives had made it out. The bomb activated other explosives set up in the conplex, no evidence remained.......

Excellent gentleman, we got what we need to begin Project Pandora, mr Takeda will be pleased.... the Leader said as they were picked up by a helicopter.....

Update VII

EUROPE LEADS THE DEMOCRATIC CAMP, CLOSELY FOLLOWED BY CANADA!.
Last month in London, the nation advanced to an entire new age of developement leaving the US behind. this is a very controversial issue, as they have decided not to pay their end of the bargain on the US world economic plan...
Canada has also advanced, however they did sent some money to the US W plan.
People all over the US wants the government to retrieve the forces located in Europe as retaliation.
London might have been the first one to reach the new level in the free world, but it is still well known that perhaps the leadership remains in washington....... or is it?
In africa surely but slowly the rebellion is being put down.
Mexico is one of the nations that is definitely considering their ties to the US, for they have sent their economy towards the W plan, but yet see nothing. the last straw seems to be the EC decision.

QUEBEC WAR MOVES TO A DANGEROUS LEVEL!, SOVIET INTERVENTION.
The former canadian prime minister did not act quickly, he was not very good of listening to his military staff, and so, what was resistance and protest has escalated to a full scale war in Canada, the prime minister has resigned, in his place a new, more obscured Prime minister has taken control, one that lived very few miles from Quebec itself. he has declared martial law and has sent forces... hopefully not too late.
However the Quebec forces continue to receive up to date weapons and supplys. The Quebec rebels have gained control of several areas around the Hudason Bay as none other but soviet warships fired a few artillery rounds as warning shots. nothing damaging, but enough for the few military personel to abandon their posts. Moscow claims that the forces are there to keep Quebec and Quebec trade open. defending their economic interests.
Is this the start of large-scale Soviet intervention in Canada?, well keep you posted.

KASHMIR HOTSPOT TURNS COLD, SEAC ADVANCES ON REBELS.
The US has sent forces from India to SEAC to help out against the rebels. Seac has raised up a larger military and has at least stablished a perimeter around the rebels. As the US forces get ready to help their allies, it is doubtful taht the rebels will last w/out any other aid.

We request that u allow a referedum in Algiers to allow it to become a free nation.
 
It has become obvious that the European Council does not have the best interests of the Free World at heart. This will be remedied. I understand that the following measures may well cause further strain on the alliance, but this strain would not exist if you did not cause it. You have none to blame but yourselves, and in your attempt to gain economic superiority you have proven your lack of true leadership. The United States makes sacrifices for its allies because the United States is a leader, the European Council exploits its allies because the European Council lacks leadership talent. Therefore measures will be put in place to ensure that the European Council understands that its actions were wrong and that the United States will not accept such an affront to its authority.

The following actions will take place.

1. Economic sanctions will be placed on the EC by the Americans and other Free World nations.

2. Algeria will be granted independence from the EC, the United States hereby recognises it as a sovreign nation.

3. American troops will be placed in Algeria to protect its sovreignity. Any attack made to reclaim Algeria is an attack on America and the free world and will be treated as such.

4. The European Council will send its economy to the Williams plan to repay that which has been given to it. There are other Free nations who need help far more than the EC.

5. Algeria will recieve economic aid from the plan.

6. A referendum as to whether or not to rejoin the EC will take place in Algeria as soon as the EC has submitted its economy for two turns or to the satisfaction of the United States.

If teh US prevents teh EC troops in Algeria from keeping law and order they will be enacting war upon teh EC. We will not be forced into a plan if we do not wish to you can keep your alliance and put it where the sun dosnt shine if this is your reaction to a respectfull request to not send funds one turn so we can solve internal troubles. We made our position clear enough and we will not be dictated to. western Europe is our land and you must remove your forces from it effective immediatly. Algeria is part of the EC and any foreign troops entering it will be commiting an act of war.
 
Ayatollah Khomeini had just finished up his morning prayers. He rode back to his residence in Tehran when the news was told to him. The European Community entered into the Williams plan of its own free will, there was no coercion. The European Community took graciously from this plan, they were quite pleased to participate in it, they were one of the few nations who replied to the PM that announced it in support, until the time came to fulfill their commitment. Let there be no misunderstanding the Free World was exploited by the European Community as though we were its colonies. We are not, we are equals with whom an agreement was entered and must be fulfilled.

Algerian Independence recognised

The Algerian nation is to be a free Muslim nation, the Saudi nation is encouraged to assist it by training its policemen to maintain law and order in traditional Muslim style. The European Community might have oppressed the locals there, the US wants nothing for them but for them to live under their own laws. The US has no intentions of taking part in the Algerian political process, let them elect who they may.

In return for their help we assure the SAC that Free World investments will bring their economy to 54 PP's next turn.

Rumors of American Atrocity highly overrated

Let the Americans make it clear that they did not participate in any action that the SEAC took against its rebels, we offered our forces to them to help maintain order, but those forces were not used. There was no raping of anyone because there was not even the remote possibilty of such as American forces never partook in any operations.

As for Algeria, the US wants nothing more than to give them a free government which they can do with as they will. If the Europeans repay their debt to the free world for a couple of turns refferendums will take place as to whether or not the Algerians want to be part of the EC, but all of this is dependant on what Algerians want, not what the US says. I have no idea out of whose ass you pulled the bit about schoolchildren being shot.

America and the EC presently have mutually offensive agendas, supporting one of us over the other, especially if the one they support is the one interested in allowing the Algerians to create a free muslim state. How free do you ask? How unpuppety? If the referrendums to rejoin the EC fail, if they even take place, or if they do not take place the Algerians can join whichever alliance they feel suits them best. I don't need a free world puppet there. In fact if you are willing to be reasonable and support the Algerian people instead of trying to get them killed, then the US sees no reason not to allow you to help train their policemen as well to maintain order or even to send troops to assist the US in protecting Algerian sovreignity. This however requires you to act in the best intrests of Algeria and its Muslim citiczens, as the US is willing to do.

The CIS does not have the best intrests of the Muslims in Algeria at heart. I don't want a puppet nation there, I don't need an ally there. I am willing to give them their freedom and to recognise their true independence from foreign powers. I am willing to let them elect their leader as they see fit with the powers they choose. If they want to have a communist autocracy I would defend their shores from the EC as boldly as I would defend the shores of a free democracy in Algeria. As soon as their independence is established they can do with their nation as they please, as their religion bids them. You can join the CIS in calling the Saudis 'infidels' and 'puppets' if you want, they are not so and I know well enough that they are not that I do not care if you call them that. However do not even maintain the illusion that Algerias independence is an attempt to add a puppet to the cast of American equal allies.
 
Japan made a statement today in several European newspapers, but these statements were soon to be shrouded over in a veil of secrecy as Japanese officials refused to comment on any and or all questions.
The Japanese leader sent a letter of apology to the Prime Minister in London.

if your analysts are so foolish to think we would abandon our long ties with democracy then all of your information cannot be trusted. As for better co-operation well we would be happy to work with America but not under it as a puppet state we will not be ordered around. Also none of this information should be put about in open as you have this should be discussed in the Free world not the world as a whole.
