Perhaps if we de-militirise the Kashmir section and the land surrounding it, neither would have to worry about an invasion, and if such happened the other one would have enough time to prepare.
Indo-Chinese Northern Leaders:

Give us independence and then well vote on the kind of government we want.

We also want independence, but we know is foolish to let communists in charge!, we embrace capitalism, give indochina independence and give us control of its entire new govt. we asure you is the best for all.

The USSR would like to introduce the Nuclear-Non-Proliferation treaty it will state that no nation will be allowed to create a Nuclear Mass Production Program. If enough nations sign it we might create a UN resolution. We believe it will only be effective if all superpowers sign it, otherwise it will not go into effect. This will help stop any mass nuclear warfare in the future.
