THE WAR ON MARCO-TERRORISM
american and south african coallition troops began an all out attack, codenamed operation thunder, they have completely crushed the resistance in the north of mexico and all freedom forces in mexico have retreated to the center of the nation, where their last hold out remains, the chapultepec castle, an old fortress where 200 years earlier the ameircans had taken by storm. it is expected that all resistance in mexico will fall w/in a month after a shock and awe campaign.

turmoil has destroyed the once huge confederation, the former leader is now dead, and the nation is divided into 4 sectors, each claiming to be the legitimate government, famine has also strick in the east of africa.
the arabs, south africans and perhaps even europeans look at the former pan african confederation and wonder about the possibilities.

after a national worry of arab expansionism, the tunisians have merged w/ the BTO.

panama has declared neutrality, altough it continues to be biased towards russia, however this is not enough for them to join them or anyone else.

Russia has conquered the last of the nations south of the caucasus mountains, now the people of kazakhstan prepare for full defence, troops from turkmenistan and uzbekustan have arrived to aid. rumors about the victorian league exeditionary force being sent to help remain high.
