NES - A Return To Our Roots

Russia hereby presents UN Resolution 604B.

- Realizing the need for stable and secure government in Italy,
- Condemning Italy's past actions against Switzerland,
- And Calling For peace in Europe, we suggest that Italy be allowed to retain her nuclear arms should the emperor abdicate and allow a Democratic government to assume control. Following this, Great Britain will stop any espionage missions, and France along with Great Britain will declare peace with Italy.
 
To the UN:

What could be more stable than a single seat in the government ruled by whoever has power? It is certainity more stable than the democracys. The british will not find any nukes. the French will not break through our lines and if they do we will see how the French fare in war deep in the mountains. I just offer simple peace letting both nations go their own ways. Also at this moment people are holding celebrations throughout the Empire as for once in Italy's modern history we are taking a stand against the corruption of other nations. If there should be war, so be it. If you would just allow my nation peace and let us go our own way then we would all be happy.

If italy refuses to cooperate, then obviously this resolution cannot take effect. However, I would like to remind the Italian emperor that he is viewed as a threat to World Peace only because he has complete control of his country, without any reason to stop him. This resolution has Italy lose very little, and allows them to keep nuclear arms unopposed, which will make Italy even more safe than she is now.

Are you certain that you are not in favor of this proposal?
 
I am in favour of the proposal, and declare peace with Italy.

I am NOT in favor of the proposal. Should war begin, i will fight to the last. I am only the first in what will one day be a long line of Emporers. The only form of democracy i can offer you is that when an Emporer dies elections will be held for the next one. I still have another good 50 years on me so it will not be anytime soon. If England and France do not accept my terms for simple peace we will meet them on the field of battle.

BTW, England do not get any ideas of Assasinating me as it will just make Italy thirsty for revenge. And who knows how many italian nationals i may have in your nation armed with suitcase nukes?

As I have said before, threatening the world with nukes will not work. And your terrorist threats are enough to make a nation such as America, which has been recently attacked by terrorists, jumpy, so I'd watch out.

Italy,

Who do you think you are? Terrorism is cerainly first prority on our list, so if ANYTHING happens regarding Italy and terrorism, I will not hesistate to use the correct responses. Bases in Sicily are now out of the question. As for trainging Egyptian military, that will not be taking place. If any Egyptian military personell is within your borders by your request, I will certainly make sure Italy will never see it's name on a map anymore. Got it?

"Greetings fellow Israelis. As you all know I have called a press conference to review the state of Israel. These are dangerous times. So I am introducing a radical new plan. As we speak, a special ops team is in Egpyt. They have been trained by British Commandos on how to destroy a nuclear reactor. I have ordered Israeli bombers to bomb Egpytian military and airforce facilities. The Israeli army is crossing the border to protect Israeli cities from a counter attack. I hope I get the worlds support on ridding the world of a future terrorist attack."

THe conference room fell silent. And then, burst into cheers.
 
To Isreal:

We also do not condone your actions against Eygpt and we are signing an unilateral embargo against you as I speak. Withdraw immediately or suffer the consquences.
 
To Russia:

Israel doubts that. Your economy will backfire and you will go broke. And the Russian Mob will likely smuggle out as much vodka as everyone needs.

To: Prime Minister Chris of Israel
Russia does not condone your actions and urges that you reconsider. I would like to remind you, Prime Minister, that this will have SERIOUS reprecussions among the Middle East--something that your military, and maybe not even the military of your allies, may be able to fix.

I would like to remind you that I am one of the big five on the UN security council. Unless you withdraw, any resolution to stop terrorism in Isreal that is caused because of this will be thoroughly VETOED. You will be completely and utterly without the support of the UN. And believe me, if you can't get the UN behind you, you can only get a few nations behind you--and I sincerely doubt that any of the major Western nations are willing to sacrifice the security of their peoples in order to help out an aggressive nation.

Withdraw while you have the chance.

It wasn't. The foolish President, more concerned about his non-democratic power and his luxury house ordered the army to defend his palace, leaving them no room to maneuvre.

This kind of battle is the one the Russians are best at, and they excelled here. The leader of Khazakstan fled to the hills, where Spetsnaz tracked him down.

I am afraid we cannot send support at the moment, we instead are concentrating on Iraq, hopefully with our American allies.

I hope you will hand the Canal over to Britain should you take it, as a thank you for Britain's FREE military aid over the years.

To Russia:

We do not want war. But, we will not let a hostile nation have a nuclear arsinol that is capable of hitting an Israeli city. We will not stop this operation.

To Britian:

We invision the canal to be a British, American, and Israeli base. We wish to know what you think.
