How dare you attack the Aztecs! We will not stand for this unprovoked attack against them! Withdraw your armies at once!

From: Rome
I do not beleive that our passive/agressive tactic is working. I beleive that we should give them a deadline for them to call off the attack. If they fail, we will send in forces.
I am building up my forces, incase we need to take up arms against them.
Oh, and by the way, an advertisment in this week's newspaper in Rome might interest you.

Agustus posted theese two letters, and called in his military advisor. The man strode in, obviously proud, and in his dress uniform.
"I trust you have good news," Agustus said as the advisor saluted.
"Sir, 4 of the fleets have been rebuilt, and one more should be ready before the year is out. Also, we have approximately 3000 more recruits, and we are training them to be as strong as the veterans."
"Excellent! You have done well, Maximus," Agustus proclaimed. "There will be no stopping us next time. Now, if we are 'forced' into attacking the Americans, this is our battle plan:"
Maximus listened eagerly, as Agustus laid out the plan of attack.

A few days later, General Standel opened the letter, and after reading it, he looked at the advert.
It was a page devoted to the tourist attractions of Northern Germany.
Oh, he's good, thought General Standel. He's very good.
