Being the "School of Unity" wonder - it prevents civil wars and will advance my nation to the next age when complete. (aka "1 education level", so this had better be cheap or I will advance an age first and then complete it.)

BTW, will education ever be below Ecudated, since it only drops two levels when advancing an age?

But I've decided to leave this NES because real life is biting me twice in the arse.
Schedule is filling up and 3 NESes are too much and the most time-consuming ones are the other two.
