Burg Hohenzollern - 23 (22 + 1) -- Burg Eltz is pretty, but a lot of its beauty comes from the way it's tucked into the mountains and not innately from the structure. Hohenzollern is definitely more attractive, and was also the home of the Hohenzollern emperors. The current structure is relatively new, sure (though no newer than Neuschwanstein), but there has been a Burg Hohenzollern on the location since the thirteenth century. Burg Eltz is older, but it's neither as attractive nor as historically significant.
