Bayt al-Hikma - 36+1=37 - I just think that this one is more interesting and more important than Uraniborg. Mongols be damned for its destruction.
Uraniborg - 16-3=13 - This is sure a worthy wonder, but I just prefer Bayt al-Hikma as a wonder.

Uraniborg - 13 - 3 = 10 (Pales in importance to Bayt-al-Hikma, and adds little to diversity compared to the boost Bayt's victory would produce)

Uraniborg - 7 (10-3) Interesting, but I would much prefer the Bayt al-Hikma.
