Osaka Castle - 18

Osaka Castle - 18

Royal Palace of Palenque - 23

Hwangnyongsa - 25
Luxor Temple - 21
Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut - 24
Osaka Castle - 18
Royal Palace of Palenque - (23+1)=24 Different enough from a Mayan pyramid
Santuario de Las Lajas - 23
Serpent Mound - 25
St. Vitus Cathedral - 19

Belem Tower - 23
Buddhas of Bamiyan - 29 + 1 = 30 This should be included to memorialize this razed wonder; there can be a mechanic that if an opposing civ destroys a wonder, the civ doing so would gain faith but have negative diplomatic modifiers, while the civ whose wonder is being destroyed would gain positive diplomatic modifiers with all other civs, except for the one destroying the wonder (this mechanic could be called "Iconoclasm" and can be used to delay an opponent's cultural victory by destroying their wonders)

Buddhas of Bamiyan - 30
Burj Khalifa - 26 - 3 = 23 Very overestimated. Does this really have enough merit to stand above the Duomo di Milano and be close to the Buddhas of Bamiyan? This is now the tallest structure on earth, but for how long will it remain so? In the last decades the construction of giant buildings is something common, I do not think this will remain in this position for a long time. And this is very recent, more recent than the Burj Al Arab, what kind of bonus would this give by being unlocked at the far end of the Civic/Scientific tree? I prefer wonders with cultural/historical/ values and with unique visuals and design, and this is not so appealing to me since it is momentarily the tallest structure on earth. This sounds to me just like more one tall structure of the 21st century. This can wait, because it does not seem to me as unique as the other structures on the list.
Catedral de Brasília - 17 + 1 = 18 Visually unique with modern architectural style. There's nothing similar to this in the game and neither outside.

Duomo di Milano - 24
Etchmiadzin Cathedral - 25
Hwangnyongsa - 25
Luxor Temple - 21
Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut - 24
Osaka Castle - 18
Royal Palace of Palenque - 24
Santuario de Las Lajas - 23
Serpent Mound - 25
St. Vitus Cathedral - 19

Belem Tower - 23
Buddhas of Bamiyan - 30
Burj Khalifa - 23
Catedral de Brasília - 18-3=15 - I'm sorry Xandinho, but we already have two modern Brazilian wonders, and I prefer the Lotus Temple in India as a late game religious wonder anyways.
Duomo di Milano - 24
Etchmiadzin Cathedral - 25
Hwangnyongsa - 25
Luxor Temple - 21
Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut - 24
Osaka Castle - 18+1=19 - We need some Japanese wonder, and this castle is actually a nice choice. While not as great as the Himeji Castle, it would still be a fine addition.
Royal Palace of Palenque - 24
Santuario de Las Lajas - 23
Serpent Mound - 25
St. Vitus Cathedral - 19

Belem Tower - 23-3=20 we need Portuguese wonders, but this isn't appealing to me. I'd prefer Pena palace.
Buddhas of Bamiyan - 30 giving them a bonus related to their demolition would be horrible, it's like it wasn't an important structure until it was destroyed, I'd prefer a bonus on trade routes and faith since the Buddhas were located in bamiyan an important stop of the silk road.
Burj Khalifa - 23
Catedral de Brasília - 15
Duomo di Milano - 24+1=25 it's a wonderful cathedral one of the biggest in the world, and certainly the biggest Gothic cathedral, and it's so different from any other Gothic cathedral it's just incredible
Etchmiadzin Cathedral - 25
Hwangnyongsa - 25
Luxor Temple - 21
Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut - 24
Osaka Castle - 19
Royal Palace of Palenque - 24

There can be a religious belief called "Iconoclasm" in which destroying any wonder would grant a huge boost in faith, not just the Buddhas of Bamiyan. Even destroying a modern secular wonder such as Burj Khalifa would grant a huge boost in faith.

Belem Tower - 20-3=17 I think this is the weaker of the remaining list, I agree that Pena Palace is a better Portuguese wonder.
Buddhas of Bamiyan - 31
Burj Khalifa - 23+1=24 I think the appeal of the Burj Khalifa is more than it's height, it's also it's aesthetics. I think it's looks would outlast it's height appeal like the Empire state building.
Catedral de Brasília - 15
Duomo di Milano - 25
Etchmiadzin Cathedral - 25
Hwangnyongsa - 25
Luxor Temple - 21
Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut - 24
Osaka Castle - 19
Royal Palace of Palenque - 24
Santuario de Las Lajas - 23
Serpent Mound - 25
St. Vitus Cathedral - 16

Belem Tower - 17 - 3 = 14 There are many good Portuguese historical monuments (both in Portugal and in its former colonies) and I like this building. But I did not know the Pena Palace and now I see that this palace would be more visually interesting than this tower. But the Belem Tower would not be a bad wonder, I just think there are some better options.
Buddhas of Bamiyan - 31
Burj Khalifa - 24
Catedral de Brasília - 15 + 1 = 16 This cathedral would still be a modern wonder better than the Burj Khalifa. At least it is not so recent and would not be unlocked at the end of the scientific/cultural tree
Duomo di Milano - 25
Etchmiadzin Cathedral - 25
Hwangnyongsa - 25
Luxor Temple - 21
Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut - 24
Osaka Castle - 19
Royal Palace of Palenque - 24
Santuario de Las Lajas - 23
Serpent Mound - 25
St. Vitus Cathedral - 16

Belem Tower - 14 - 3 = 11 Not very impressive at all; other fort-type buildings are better choices.

Burj Khalifa - 24
Catedral de Brasília - 16-3=13 - We already have two modern wonders from Brazil: Cristo Redentor and Estádio do Maracanã. The game doesn't need another modern Brazilian wonder, and I prefer the Lotus Temple for a late game religious wonder anyways.
Duomo di Milano - 25
Etchmiadzin Cathedral - 25
Hwangnyongsa - 25
Luxor Temple - 21
Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut - 24
Osaka Castle - 19
Royal Palace of Palenque - 24
Santuario de Las Lajas - 23
Serpent Mound - 26
St. Vitus Cathedral - 16+1=17 - Bohemia needs much more representation, the game needs some typical Gothic cathedral wonder, and this is a nice solution for the both problems.

Catedral de Brasília - 13
Duomo di Milano - 25
Etchmiadzin Cathedral - 25
Hwangnyongsa - (25+1)=26 A great option for a Pagoda wonder, I welcome more wonders which currently don't exist anymore
Luxor Temple - 21
Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut - 24
Osaka Castle - 19
Royal Palace of Palenque - 24
Santuario de Las Lajas - (23-3)=20 A beautiful location, but the church is pretty modern (built in the early 1900s). I rather have an older Cathedral wonder, and I don't think representing Colombia in the game is a priority.
Serpent Mound - 26
St. Vitus Cathedral - 17

Belem Tower - 11
Buddhas of Bamiyan - 31
Burj Khalifa - 24
Catedral de Brasília - 13
Duomo di Milano - 25+1=26 wonderful cathedral
Etchmiadzin Cathedral - 25
Hwangnyongsa - 26
Luxor Temple - 21
Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut - 24
Osaka Castle - 19
Royal Palace of Palenque - 24
Santuario de Las Lajas - 20
Serpent Mound - 26
St. Vitus Cathedral - 17-3=14 I don't understand why out of all the buildings in Prague this one is in this list, don't get me wrong, I love Prague and I think there should be a wonder from this wonderful City, but I'll rather see something more uniquely Czech than this random Gothic cathedral. I'd vote the astronomical clock any day.
