It's driving me nuts.
In the default game, there is a -50% amphibious attack penalty from embarked units. I simply want to change that number. There is a GlobalDefine called AMPHIB_ATTACK_MODIFIER and it is set by default to -50. Surely that's it, right? Well, it doesn't seem to be. When I update it, it does not reflect in the game and still shows -50% from the embarked unit. Unbelievable. What gives!?
